International Women’s Day 2017

Members of SunGen met on Friday 25 November to discuss plans for the IWD event.  Trish Bryans suggested the event could include more interaction between audience members.  She have volunteered to organise this side of the event.  Action: Trish

A venue has now been booked:  Goldman 107, for 2-4pm.  Angela will contact the speakers (Kate Charlesworth and Holly Sterling) to confirm these details and ask them to provide information relating to their talks for use on a flyer.  Action: Angela

It was agreed that members of various women’s groups would be invited to the event, and that this would need to be ticketed using the online store to keep an eye on numbers.  Action: Angela to set up online store account. Action: members to send invitations to identified groups once this is done.
