Nicola Roberts

I graduated in 2006 with my doctorate in Criminology from the University of Bath. I also studied at the Scarman Centre, at the University of Leicester and graduated with an MSc in Criminology (with distinction).

For my master’s research, I evaluated a domestic violence perpetrator programme delivered by the probation service and an NGO. My interest and links with the probation service stem from my time as a probation practitioner and volunteer.

I continue to carry out research in the field of gender-based violence evaluating services for victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence, as well as researching violence experienced by university students.
