To apply to join the scheme, please complete the document entitled “Application to join the scheme“.
You will need to gain your line manager’s approval and ask that they complete the support form. Please also complete the mapping grid.
This documentation should be sent to the Scheme Administrator, Paula Wilkinson. You will be allocated an assessor based on availability and will then need to complete the learning contract. You will be expected to adhere to the timescales agreed within your learning contract. If you are unable to complete your commentaries within these timescales, please contact your assessor to discuss this.
