Biases that affect health evidence – Catalogue of Bias

The Catalogue of Bias is an annotated catalogue of biases in health research from The Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine.

It provides definitions, explanations and examples of the most important biases that can affect health research. It’s an ongoing project and the site is regularly being added to.

Podcast also available: when you’re out and about The Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine has a podcast on SoundCloud containing podcasts on a variety of biases from the Catalogue of Bias (see below).
