New Library access gates

Our new Library access gates will go live on Monday 23 September 2019.

All students and staff will need their campus card to enter and exit our Libraries. Please remember to swipe in and swipe out each time. If you do not yet have your campus card please press the intercom button (or out of staffed hours call security 0191 515 2028) and we will assist.

Our library guests including Alumni and Sconul visitors will continue to be able to access the libraries using a guest library card – please ask at the library desk if you require one of the new format guest cards.
