Are you considering using apps to gather research data? Then this free webinar is just for you! Using app-based and sensing methods for social science research takes place from 1000-1100 on Thursday 21 March.

The UK Data Service and methods@manchester is hosting the webinar for anyone interested in social science research data collection. The webinar content will look at how you can utilise this type of research method to measure the public’s views on place and crime. Having said that the topic is also applicable to other research areas as it examines ethical issues, research design and will explore researchers experiences of using these tools to date. In addition there will be the chance to ask questions in the last 10 minutes of the webinar.

Webinar speakers include Reka Solymosi (lecturer in quantitative methods) and Michael Chataway (lecturer at the School of Justice, Queensland University of Technology). Book your place online.
