Named Social Worker Webinar

The Social Care Institute of Excellence is running a free webinar on 31 July 2118 on the Named Social Worker  project.

This project included over 200 participants with learning disabilities or mental health issues who had a named social worker looking after their needs. The project ran 9 pilots in different local authorities with over 25 social workers taking part.  The Department of Health initiated the project and the aim was to understand the impact of having a named social worker had on people with learning disabilities and their families.
