What to do when the information you need is not available online

Although many books and journals are available online, not all are.

Sometimes you will be looking for a book on the Library Catalogue and find an ebook version is not available. Or sometimes you will need a journal article but you cannot view the full text online.

When this happens remember that distance learners can use Document delivery. This means
– we’ll copy up to one chapter for you from a book on our shelves
– we’ll copy a journal article from an issue on our shelves
– we’ll request an inter library loan for you (this is where we obtain a copy from the British Library).

All you need to do is complete this online form
