Have you visited our off campus web pages yet?

Here are 3 reasons why distance learners should visit the Off Campus web pages…

  1. Lots of help using e-resources for example pdf guides and videos

When you’re looking for e-resources such as ebooks and journal articles there are a number of tools you can use. We recommend starting with the Library Catalogue or Discover when you’re searching our subscriptions. You may also find resources on search engines such as Google scholar. On this page we’ve collated some help and support that you may find useful:

  1. Learn how to obtain resources that are not online

We will try to obtain book chapters or journal articles that you need when they are not available electronically.

Before you make any requests make sure you have checked to see whether the title you need is available online:

  1. Book a one-to-one with a librarian when you need a bit more support

What topics can the librarian help me with?

  • finding relevant information for your studies (such as ebooks, journal articles or market research).
  • referencing your sources
  • avoiding plagiarism
