As defined by the Royal Society, Research Culture “encompasses the behaviours, values, expectations, attitudes and norms of our research communities. It influences researchers’ career paths and determines the way that research is conducted and communicated.”
Here in the InterAction unit we believe that, as a practitioner researchers, research culture needs to embrace everyone and so we have two exciting research culture projects happening this year.
