Fourth International Print Biennale

The fourth International Print Biennale will take place across the North East of England from 16 September to 30 October 2016, celebrating the role of print in contemporary artists’ practice.

Featuring print artists from across the world, the Biennale will take over 25 venues across the North East including Customs House, The Biscuit Factory and Northern Print. Many of the exhibitions are free and on our doorstep.

In the Priestman Gallery The World of Print is an exhibition of ‘found’ or ‘ready-made’ prints while National Glass Centre will host an exhibition of Tina Webb’s screen printing onto glass, in a new techniques she calls ‘meagre printing’.
