International Women’s Day: 8th March, 2017
We will be marking IWD 2017 by celebrating intersectionality. We have so far confirmed the following speakers: Kate Charlesworth, a graphic novellist who will discuss sexuality and her forthcoming book, A Girl’s Guide to Sensible Shoes; and Holly Sterling, children’s author and illustrator, who will talk about ‘race’. Further details of the event will be announced as and when.
