Meeting on 17th September 2015

At this meeting, we discussed Athena SWAN and how this could be developed in the University outside of FAS.  In Education and Society, this will be coordinated by Angela Smith with Bridget Cooper liaising with her HoD.

SunGen has been asked to contribute something to the University’s Diversity Month in November 2015.  Donna and Angela had met Justine Gillespie and agreed to run a panel discussion – ‘Just one of the lads? lad culture in the university setting’.  This will be held on Friday 20th November in the morning, full details to be decided.  The panel will include contributions from Kim Gilligan, Rob Worrall and possibly Drew Dalton and someone from the Students’ Union.
